B2B (Business-to-business) in which we act as intermediators and we find partners in the Balkans for interested companies in Scandinavia (Denmark, Sweden, Norway) with the aim of increasing productivity and profit for both parties.
Our references so far come from the sector of textile industry, different industries of goods production, but also the IT sector and stomatology, where business cooperation has been concluded with the aim of decreasing the costs of foreign companies, most often clinics of stomatology and policlinics, when ordering implants, braces, dentures and similar.
In the process itself, in which we operate as intermediators, we are primarily guided by the instructions of our client (partner requesting) and we search for a company that corresponds to the profile requested by the partner in all aspects. After finding potential interested companies and conducting initial conversation with them, we arrange for a preparation of a sample or a meeting between the client and the interested potential partner.
In that meeting we assist in arrangements and negotiations, but we also offer legal monitoring of the contractual part of the meeting if both parties agree to conclude the partnership / cooperation.
There is also the possibility of writing a project for funds in each of the Scandinavian countries that offer high amounts of non-refundable financial resources for enhancement of productivity, profit and cooperation of Scandinavian companies with their partners abroad.
